We may also gather additional information which you choose to share with us (e.g. personal requirements which may affect your potential stay). This is to ensure that we can assist with your booking and the performance of a contract should you wish to stay with us.

 

When you make a booking we collect any contact details which you provide to us. These may include, however are not exhaustive,  your name, email address, postal address, dates of booking, financial details to authorise payment, contact details of other party members and any other information which you may provide to us as a requisite for your booking. The information we collect when you make a booking is held for the performance of a contract.

 

We may also contact you shortly after your booking and ask you to leave feedback to enable us to improve our services.

From time to time, we may contact you to update you on the facilities on offer at Ramstorland Farm Holiday Cottages or to let you know of any offers which we may have available. Other information

Upon booking Ramstorland Farm Holiday Cottages, we may ask you to complete a registration form. The data collected includes the names of all individuals in your party, dates of birth for any under 16’s and car registration.  We have a legitimate interest to ensure the safety of our guests at all times and to comply with health and safety legislation.

 

In the event of an accident, we are required by law to complete an accident form which may contain personal details including your name, address and the incident in question.
